We will need:
PSP X2 but this tutorial can be done by earlier versions
A good knoledge of PSP
Materials
Richard Roseman plugin

1.- Open a new canvas 700 x 400
Fill with the gradient provided, angle 90, repeat 0
Lineal Style, Check invert.
Adjust >> Blur >> Gaussian Blur by 14
Duplicate original, close the copy
On the original apply Richard Rosenman >> Scanlines >> Default settings - #e6d2c2 color
Open the copy layer, apply Richard Rosenman >> Difuse >> Default settings x2
Resize to 95% this layer
Apply a drop shadow of 2,2,50,5
Repeat the drop shadow but change the two first number to -2

2.- Open th perfect landing tube
Copy & paste as a new layer, resize this later to 75%
Place to your right side (see final tag if not sure)
Apply a drop shadow of 2,2,50,10
New raster layer & with the selection tool make a rectangle
fill with black color
Select >> modify >> contract by 1, delete
New raster layer, fill with the same gradient, same settings as before
invert
Adjust >> Blur >> Gaussian Blur by 14
Apply Richard Rosenman >> Diffuse >> Default settings
Open beauty tube, copy & paste as a new layer
resize to 70%, place to the left of the rectangle
Select >> invert >> delete
unselect
Merge down by two times
apply a drop shadow 5,5,50,10
Repeat the drop shadow but change the first two numbre to -5
Duplicate & close copy
In original layer apply Richard Rosenman >> Diffuse >> Default settings
Open the copy

3.- Open the paper love tube
Copy & paste as a new layer
resize to 80% x2
move below the rectangle
Blend mode Luminance, opacity 70%
Effects >> Edge Effect >> enhance
Apply the same drop shadow as before
Open the diamond tube, copy & paste as a new layer
Adjust >> sharpness >> sharpen, apply same drop shadow
Duplicate, mirrow, see final tag to know where to place them.

4.- Open the libelula tube, copy & paste as a new layer
Rotate to the right 20 degrees
place on the left botton corner
apply the same drop shadow
Duplicate, resize to 70%
Adjust >> Sharpness >> sharpen
Mirrow & flip image, move as on the finish tag
Merge >> merge visible
Add a simetric border of 1px in black
Add nick with any font that you like
Save as a .jpg
