We will need:
PSP XI
Tube, template, brush

Filters:
VM Extravaganza >> Shoutin'!
Xero >> Porcelain

Important Tip: To be able to see captures just place mouse on top of underline words

1.- Open a 550 x 350 canvas

2.- Fill with color #e3e3e3

3.- Open template, copy & paste as a new layer in our canvas,
copy as many time you need, to cover everything on canvas.

4.- Merge all the template layers that you use to cover the whole canvas.

5.- Apply VM EXTRAVAGANZA >> SOUTIN'! >> default settings
Apply a drop shadow 2,2,80,12, layer blend mode LUMINACE, opacity 83%

6.- Open the tube given, copy & paste as a new layer

7.- Duplicate this layer, apply VM EXTRAVAGANZA >> SHOUTIN'! >> default settings
Go to Effects >> Photo effects >> Time Machine >> default settings.

8.- New raster layer, With your Selection tool, draw a rectangle on the bottom part of the canvas,
fill with color #e3ceda. Apply XERO >> PORCELAIN, default settings x2, layer blend mode LUMINACE,
opacity 44%.

9.- New raster layer, write your text with foreground #e3ceda & background #527a77, layer blend mode OVERLAY.

10.- New raster layer, foreground #e3ceda & background #000000, write your name
on the top right size of the canvas.

11.- Merge visible

12.- Add a simetric border of 2px, #527a77

13.- Add a sometric border of 10px, #fbf8fd

14.- New raster layer, apply brush provided, layer blend mode HARDLIGHT.
Apply a drop shadow of 2,2,80,12

15.- Merge visible & save as a .jpg
