Tutorial without captures

We will need:
PSP XI
Materials

Filters:
XERO >> FRITILLARY

Open new canvas 380 x 170

Selections/ select all

Copy our provided tube & paste into selection

Selections/ select none

Adjust >> BLUR >> GAUSSUAN BLUR >> 10.0

Duplicate this layer & move to the left

Merge visible

EFFECTS >> XERO >> FRITILLARY >> 5, 30, 10, 0

Lower the opacity to 48

Add a new raster layer, fill with white & move it as a background

Again copy the tube previded & paste as a new layer

IMAGE >> ROTATE >> FREE ROTATE >> RIGHT 90, all layers uncheck

Resize to 70% & change blend mode to LUMINACE (L) & move the the left

Place yourself on the merged layer, SELECTIONS >> MODIFY >> CONTRACT >> 6
INVERT & delete

New raster layer, with the same selection, fill with black. Select None

SELECTIONS >> MODIFY >> CONTRACT >> 5
INVERT & Delete. Select none

New raster layer, with our selection tool, draw 2 rectangles, they have to touch eachother,
see final tag if not sure how. Fill with white, add a drop shadow of 1,1,100,1.
Change Blend mode to SOFT LIGHT, opacity 56

Add desire text, merge & save as .jpg
